Eligibility

As a summer operation within the housing department of a state university, there are some limitations on the types of bookings we can accept. You can check your group's eligibility by taking this short survey.

  • Start by taking the short eligibility survey to be sure UNC Conferences Services is a fit for your group.
  • After you submit a request form, we will respond by phone or email to review available options.
  • Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee availability or confirm your reservation.

For Event Planners

UNC Conference Services supports summer camps and conferences by providing overnight accommodations. We do not handle reservations for meeting and event space, venue or athletic facility rentals, catering, dining, or other campus services. For assistance with supplemental services, please use the contact list below:

Overnight Accommodations During the Academic Year

  • If you are planning an event in one of the non-summer months (i.e., during the fall, winter or spring), UNC Conference Services would not be able to provide overnight accommodations. Please visit the Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitors Bureau website to find local hotels and conference centers.
