Private-bedroom apartment rentals for students from any university
During the summer, we offer furnished, on-campus apartments with private bedrooms in our Ram Village Apartment community to students from any university seeking short-term summer housing in Chapel Hill.
Students must be participating in a summer internship or for-credit experience to be eligible. Summer intern housing is an affordable alternative to a summer sublease or weekly rental, with the added benefit of living in a campus community with other summer interns.
